Meditation has changed my life in profound ways. I created ZOM in order to help others receive the same benefits I have experienced. This course is designed to help people realize benefits of meditation by removing the guesswork and providing a clear and concise technique and course of action.

Steve first entered into the wellness industry nearly 20 years ago as a personal trainer, helping people to achieve their fitness goals through diet and exercise. Eventually Steve’s interests began to shift from the physical to the mental aspect of health, which led him to begin to study the teachings of yoga, up to

and including the asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. 5 years ago Steve enrolled in a meditation course, and it had an immediate, profoundly positive impact on his life. This started him down the path of evolving from personal training to teaching meditation, to eventually creating the ZOM Meditation Course.
